Incom members utilize pick-pack-ship order fulfillment of all Do it Best Corp UPS orders from each of their eight nation-wide warehouses is managed by a Xymmetrix-created system that uses intelligent warehouse selection to reduce shipping costs by shipping orders from either the nearest warehouse or the nearest warehouse that can ship the order complete, thereby reducing the number of physical boxes shipped.

In 1997 we created one of the world’s first online desktop publishing solutions for member hardware stores to create full color ad flyers online. The saved documents directly imported into Quark Xpress for pre-press and distribution to printers.

In 1999 we launched doitbest.com “World’s Largest Hardware Store” in conjunction with Do it Best Corp. This massive ecommerce system covered everything from image and copy management for 60,000 items to real-time mainframe inventory updates to a pick-pack-ship system distributed over eight national warehouses. In addition, we allowed the site to be rebranded as individual member hardware stores, sharing profit with the store that brought the customer in to the site.

We continue to work with Do it Best Corp in various online marketing and fulfillment activities.

Fresh New Start is a home health services organization that provides Medicaid-based habilitation and rehabilitation services to clients in northern Indiana.
